Food Trip Friday #1 - Pai Tee *

Pai Tee (Top Hat) is what I am serving for my very first Food Trip Friday! I love Pai Tees, especially if they're crunchy; filled with just the right amount of shredded turnip, mushroom, yam bean and carrot. I can eat 4 of this delicious Nyonya appetizer in one sitting!
