Char Kuey Teow Extra Spicy Please! *
A popular noodle dish here in Malaysia, Char Kuey Teow is also one of my lunch-time favourites. Typically found at hawker stalls, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes serving this very yummy street dish as well. I just had this yesterday and looking at my photo now, I wouldn't mind having it again today!

I do love my CKT extra spicy with big fat prawns and lots of cockles. I also prefer it a little wet and not too dry. And usually, I'd dig right in as soon as my extra spicy CKT is dished out onto a plate from its piping hot frying pan! ![Smiley](http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-eatdrink020.gif)
How do you like your Char Kuey Teow?
